Requirements :
 Minimum SPM / Diploma / Fresh Graduate.
 Languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia.
 Excellent computer skills especially typing (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint ).
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to multi-task, priotize and manage time effectively.
 Attention to detail, meticulous, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
 Have a good and discipline.
Responsibilities :
 Handling office tasks, such as photocopy, filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, monitoring and reordering office stationery.
 Have professional, polite and manner communication via phone , e-mail and mail.
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
 Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
 Ad hoc assignment and other related tasks, as and when assigned.
