Admin and Account Assitance

Job Description
• Provide accurate and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
•• To assist supervisor/senior to prepare full set of account and meet the dateline
• To perform other ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor/manager
• Liaise with client pertaining to accounting and related matters
• Maintain and updating delivery reports
• Handling Shipping department administrative works
• Assisting Head of Department in daily operation, tasks and assignments
• To perform and responsible for related control daily accounting system.
• Raise invoice and handle cheque payment issuance.
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
• Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable
• Prepare weekly/ monthly sales report & collection/ payable report.
• Assist in managing year and audit and liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary.
• Maintaining proper filling.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in account or in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
