• Attend to customer daily service needs/walk in enquiries to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Able to work independently, prepare estimate repair cost, follow up work progress and update customer
• Promoting service and part sales
• Actively involves in service promotional activities/campaign
• Follow-up on spare parts back order
• Collection of payment
• Other duties assigned by superior
• Minimum SPM or Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field & preferably from automotive industry • Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferable with Service Advisor background
