Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good spoken and written English and Malay. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
General
- Provide Support to Supervisors and staff develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities, staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Processing payroll summary, which includes ensuring attendance, sick time, OT’s, employments & resignations are tracked in the system
- Answering payroll questions
- Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
- Record Maintenance
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Maintaining records related to grievances (EL/MC), performance reviews, and disciplinary
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM3,000.00 /month
