Reporting to the management, the incumbent is responsible for all general administrative activities in a timely and accurate manner; not limited to procurement, human resources administration and account administration. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the company policies, procedures, monitor and manage all process accordingly.
1. Responsible to support company day-to-day administration and general office support.
2. Coordinate, arrange and participate in assigned meetings including preparing agenda, recording and transcribing minutes, following up the pending task as requested.
3. Support F&B department with time management, data gathering and communication for the execution of projects or events
4. Organize filing system & manage documentation in the proper record.
6. Handle common office supplies requisition in the system, including stationeries replenishment, postage, telecommunication, general office maintenance and etc.
7. Maintain the company assets in good order, up-to-date asset listing and duplicate office keys in as required.
8. Coordinate team schedules and administrative works related to team productivity, e.g. procurement, billing and invoicing process when needed
9. Responsible for the generation, preparation and submission of the report, license updates and relevant documentation.
10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
1. Excellent administrative skills possess good organizational and planning skills
2. Able to multi-tasking and meticulous
3. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive materials and information
4. Presentable & Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential with excellent written skills.
