You are responsible for these job functions either:
1. Assist designated manager to oversee/monitor/coordinate overall process of receiving goods from 7E Stores
2. Sorting by suppliers level
3. Return inventory and return to vendors
4. Active involvement in continuous improvement projects
5. Liaising with stakeholders
6. Extracting data and producing necessary reports
Loss Prevention:
1. Ensuring closure on all HelpDesk tickets raised from the stores’ complaints by performing investigation
2. Findings reports by evidences found
3. Responsible to open up Incident Report (IR) to charge out any third party depending in the investigation findings
4. Liaising with the transporter, 3PL warehouse management, internal auditors, finance department and other service providers for this purpose
5. Secondary duty on involving in the loss prevention action such as floor operation auditing (QC) and continuous improvement plans
1. Report forecast vs actual
2. Monitoring loading operation
3. Report dashboard and routing
4. Hold item arrangement
5. Ordering seal for stock in warehouseclosed store
1. Responsible on inventory planning including balanced inbound
2. Inventory accuracy and inventory holding days
3. Ensure fulfilment from suppliers and to stores achieve the desired KPI
4. Responsible on CDC revenue monitoring based on monthly budget
