Requirements
1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field
2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3.Possess driving license and transport for traveling and transferable
4.Able to work accordingly to the retail hours, including the weekends and Public Holidays
5.Having strong operations experience in receiving stock and inventory as well as the front end management and office management
6.Possess strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills
7.Must be confident, friendly, strong leadership and able to provide good customer services
8.Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
9.Working Location: Selangor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, , Johor
Job Descriptions
1.Manage and complete the daily store operation jobs
2.Maintain the outlet of staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
3.Maintain job result of the outlet of staff by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring and appraising their job result
4.Market the merchandise by studying promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock manage
5.Achieve financial objectives by preparing and reporting the daily outlet’s sales budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
6.Achieve the sales target
