Responsibilities:

• Documents filling and other related administrative tasks.
• Handling correspondence and administration of daily business activity.
• Prepare correspondences (via email, letters, minutes of meeting, document transmittal, etc).
• Maintain up-to-date employee leave records.
• Assist in office general admin and operations.
• Ensure sufficiency supply of stationery, office equipment, groceries.
• Responsible for flights & hotel bookings.
• Coordination with housekeeper on office cleanliness.
• Responsible in document sorting & Distribution.
• Assist on taking and prepared meeting minute.
• Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
• Assist in preparing business related reports.
• To perform ad-hoc duties that may be required by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately
