 Plan and prepare the schedules for Cashiers
 Training of new Cashiers
 Responsible for cash management within the store
 Ensure all checkout areas are clean and tidy
 Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
 Scan goods and collect payments
 Issue receipts, refunds, discounts, etc
 Provide good customer service, manage customer service level within Cashiers and store
 Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role in a supermarket environment
 Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners etc.)
 Strong communication and time management skills
 Customer service oriented
 Oversee the effectiveness of Cashier’s scheduling, scheduling and productivity in accordance with the Company’s / Business need
 Responsible to ensure effective/active communication and cooperation in dealing with any third party (Banks, Security Company, IT Contractor etc.) for the purpose of Company’s Cash Management policy/routines
