Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager
Reporting to : Restaurant Manager
Minimum Experience : 1 year as Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Financial
• Financial Acumen – Single Restaurant P&L
• Manage Labour Cost
• Manage COGS
• Manage OPEX
• Manage/control wastage
• Project Sales Growth - single restaurant

2. Customer
• Implement national and local restaurant marketing campaigns
• Propose and implement marketing campaigns – Local Restaurant Marketing
• Respond and manage customer feedback/complaints and mishaps

3. Process/Risk
• Manage restaurant operations - SOP
• Manage external associates - service providers/suppliers
• Meet acceptable audit results
• Compliance to F&B related regulations
• Compliance to workplace safety
• Compliance to local Labor Laws
• Compliance to PDPA - customer & employee data
• Accurate and timely ordering of food & non-food items
• Regular tracking of restaurant performance
• Use of Office's systems & tools
• English language proficiency
