ADMIN - OPERATIONS, DATA ENTRY & HR (CONTRACT)

We are looking for a keen team player who is energetic, adaptable and able to provide support to the team responsively.

[What You Will Be Doing]
- Assist our team members, with calling up potential candidates, scheduling interviews and entering data on Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of data entry.
- Provide administrative support as requested

[Who We Are Looking Out For]
- Previous experience with Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and super organized
- Customer service orientation
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to be flexible and work on multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and take an initiative
- Keen to work with a team, and able to build productive relationships with lots of people
- A sense of possibility and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Diploma and above preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Please note that this will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension in the event of good performance.
