Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to support us in all customer-facing activities. You will work in close collaboration with our senior customer service personnel and various departments to play an important part in ezbuy’s customer experience journey.

Your main responsibilities:
• Utilise a variety of communication channels like Hotline, Emails and Live chat to provide a positive customer experience
• Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission to final delivery
• Act as an intermediary between customers and the internal operation team to respond to customers’ queries with efficiency

Job Requirements
• Highly customer-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (both typing and speaking required to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
• Candidates studying in any field are welcome to apply

Working Hours:
• 5 days’ work week (shift may be allocated on weekend)
• 9.30am-6.30pm

Mode of Work:
All interns will be arranged to work from home. Training and coordination will be done virtually.
