Summary of Role
To assist Senior Operations Manager (SOM) on managing the branch office, data compilation from stores, non-trade purchases, liaising with HQ.

Responsibilities:
•Perform filing, coordination of document for signing, submit and pick up document from another department by daily basis.
•To update bank in & sales all store and email to Finance by weekly basis.
•Distribute and collect IA SOC, TBE / robbery report to Store Admin by fortnight basis.
•To prepare OM’s Monthly Activities Calendar (MAC), SOM OM FM allocation all region, Staff Turnover Report for HR, summary for SM & FM Incentive Tracking, summary for
Personal Claim, Monthly Activities Calendar for RO by monthly basis.
•To compile Store Orientation Checklist; compile, check and submit Store Claim to Finance; compile, check and submit Personal Claim to Finance by monthly basis.
•To update New Store Allocation Chart and RO Listing to Store Admin.
•To update Store Master List.
•To handle and tracking mystery shopper campaign item.
•To receive stationery item and store purchase items and distribute to SMs/FMs/OMs (i.e fan, data strip, Samsung toner, A4 Paper).
•Prepare and compile staff appraisals, Store Sales and Profit Incentive, yearly budget by yearly basis.
•Other ad-hoc task as and when necessary.
