GPrestiges Resources SDN BHD is a leading retailer in mid and high-end luxury skincare products based in Malaysia. We are looking for a high-performing and motivated Shop Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in the luxury skincare market. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Creating and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere at the store will be essential as well as the ability to promote a perfect image of our organisation at all times, making wise decisions when called for, especially when dealing with any customer issues, to protect and promote the reputation of our business.


• Contribute to team sales effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Achieve shop and personal target, including your own, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties

• Supervise and guide team of sales reps and professional beauticians towards maximum performance and service standards

• Oversee all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation

• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

• Lead by example

• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display

• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines


• Proven experience as retail sales manager (at least 5 years)

• An entrepreneurial mindset

• Knowledge of retail management best practices

• Hard working, and can work under pressure

• Team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizing and leadership skills

• Motivated and sales driven

• Track record of achieving sales quotas
