IRBCS is seeking for suitable Account Associates to be based in Malaysia or be relocated to Singapore depends on experience (Depending on the government’s authority measures)

1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or other related disciplines must possess min bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/MICPA/ICAEW – With professional qualification will be a plus.
2. Min 3 years of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm
3. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates)
4. Candidates with audit experience and/or pursuing ACCA or other accounting professional qualifications are also welcomed to apply
5. A good attitude to work ethics and able to use his or her initiative
6. Communicate effectively in a work environment
7. Good team player and hardworking
8. Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
9. Willing to travel overseas for assignments when situation permits
10. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
11. In house training will be provided

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including meeting the various deadlines and prompt response to client’s queries.
• Prepare full set of accounts, GST, Corporate Tax, Compliance matters, Preparation of financial statements, (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance to MFRS, IFRS, MPERS and auditing standards.
• Liaison between client for any payment processing.
• Responsible for portfolio billing and collection, including creating invoices in VP
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
• Possess strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
• Proactive in resolving problem within short period
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); practical knowledge in various accounting software is an advantage.
• Candidates who have experience in client management and coaching / supervision will be considered for a Senior role.
• Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
• Candidates with relevant five years or more accounting/outsourcing working experiences will be considered for Senior Associate / Senior Position
