1. Function as a Customer Service professional that politely and proficiently attends to service requests and sales interactions with walk in customer at the shop.

2. Handle enquiries on services provided ie. Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, Account Status, etc.

3. Responsible in handling customer information, monetary transactions, handsets and ensuring proper control, reconciliation, and timely updates in the system.

4. To maintain accurate and comprehensive record of new and existing customers.
