Duties & Responsibilities
1) To perform support tasks in data management procedures.
2) Coordinate with different departments to gather data, maintaining and updating databases, processing.
3) To organize documentation, preparing progress reports, and analyzing data as needed.
4) To provide and maintains data for monitoring and daily operation purposes (e.g Sales, Stock On Hand, Shrinkage P&L)
5) Assisting line manager and GM on any required ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Job Requirements
1. Diploma in Business admin or related field, Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
3. Attention to accuracy and detail required
4. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
