HR & Accounts Executive

Job Description:

· Handling full set accounts
· Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings.
· Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
· Prepare financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.
· Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations.
· Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
· Resolve accounting discrepancies.
· Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
· Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
· Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Human Resources

· Update and maintain employee records
· Leave administration and tracking
· Provide general administrative support

Job Requirements:

· A Diploma or degree in accountancy, finance or economics.
· The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
· Experience in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
· Basic knowledge of Human Resources.
· Experience in Xero is an advantage.
