Roles & Responsibilities :
- To make calls to customers using appropriate script provided and communications skills
- To carry flexible and creative in dealing with customer especially in and performing proper documentation & recording information to support daily work task. i.e: Enter, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.·
- Manage all focus leads that are being assigned with proper and high closure rate for all calls.

Requirement:
- Min SPM (BM,BI Maths must be credit)

Required language:
- English, Malay

Salary Package :
- Basic Salary : RM1800 - RM 2500
- Attendance Allowance : RM200
- Celcom Staff Benefit : RM 200
- Average commission earning : RM 400 - RM 1500

Working days & time :
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Alternate Saturdays in a month (10am - 2pm)

- UOA Business Park Subang
