Working Days: Flexible, 4 Days a week and candidate can arrange own schedule

Salary: RM1.30 per email reply
*Must commit minimally 3 months

- Provide customer support via email with excellent work etiquette, patience.
- Coordinate and monitor all customer orders from submission until final delivery
- Liaise between customers and the internal operation team

- Highly customer-oriented
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Bilingual English and Chinese (speaking and typing) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
