RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to drive the full recruitment process of the overseas placement
• To ensure that the monthly headcount requirements are duly met clients' expectations
• Keeping up to date with employment/labor law, liaise with relevant government authorities local and abroad on matters pertaining to HR
KEY SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Possess strong interpersonal skill
• Dedicated with a high sense of integrity
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource
• Preferably have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in human resource functions
• In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and industrial practices
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and database
