Job Requirements
1. Plans, organizes and provides leadership/management consultation to
manage stores in a profitable manner.
2. Counsels, trains and develops store personnel on operational policies and
procedures; performs counseling and development as needed.
Supervises the administrative activities of your area.
3. Coordinates and develops short and long term goals for your area.
4. Analyze monthly reports, provides feedback and prepares monthly sales
5. Visit the stores regularly to ensure employees and stores are portraying a good image of 7-Eleven and ensuring excellent operations are visible.
6. Visit at least (minimum) 2 stores per day.
7. Each store in the field needs to be visited at least 2 times per week
8. Focus on completing the Weekly Store Visit Checklist on all stores with
SM/SIC once a week and spend the remaining of the day doing regular
store visit on the other scheduled store.
9. Work one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
10. Work two half weekend (Saturday or Sunday on alternate week).
11. Work at least one night shift per week.
12. To verify store schedule and ‘Manager Checklist’ during store visit.
13. Help and work together with SM/SI/C to complete their monthly MAC
(Month Activity Calendar)
14. Visit local council and other authorities within the trading area to build better
