We are looking for a driven reliable and experienced restaurant Supervisor or Manager to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
Monitoring inventory and ensuring all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
Managing restaurant's staff work schedule
Screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staffs
Fulfil all reporting and meeting requirements
Respond to customers' complaint tactfully and professionally

Requirements :
Diploma or graduate of F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous
Proven working experience in management and hospitality industry
Prepare to work on weekends & public holidays
Ability to work and stand for long hours
Ability to work in fast paced environment
