Responsibility
- To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.
- To provide accurate information on products and services to customer
- To maintain high degree of integrity and confidentiality (keeping customer's information confidential at all times.)

Requirements
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
- Experience in customer service/sales support/call center would be an advantage
- A great communicator and strong interpersonal skills during people interaction
