RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness of factory and worker.
Monitoring Critical Control Point (CCP).
Ensure efficiency of daily document recording in order to implement Food Safety System.
Involve in audit related to Food Safety and Halal.
Person in-charge of corrective action and preventive action.
Assist in training of worker (planning, food handling course, internal training, refresh training, new worker training) and ensure the efficiency of the training.
Monitoring food safety element (pest control, effluent, calibration, traceability, etc) efficient and right on schedule.
Other task related to quality assurance and quality control department.

REQUIREMENT:

Able to come working at factory located in Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong.
Experience working in food and beverage factory is an added advantage.
Experience handling audit is an extra advantage.
SPM/Diploma/Degree of any course related to food/science/technical/manufacturing is advantage.
