Means you will work from morning 10am - night 11pm. Home base.
As per working required like if got guest asking for help or arrangement. All these through online (laptop/phone/msg).

Every month two days holiday. If no take leave will have extra 2 days wages.

Reply msg , calls, handle customer service with customer, do excel record, report submission , liaise with operation team, cleaner, ad-hoc task that related to the scope.
