Job Responsibilities

-Support the purchasing and inventory management function
-Managing inventory control to determine the stock count needs for production to run smooth
-Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
-Review product quality to ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications
-Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)
-Keep a constant check on stock levels and record reference.
-Researches purchase order discrepancies to identify root cause and develop action items to resolve

Job Requirements

-Malaysian only
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field.
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position & field.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Able to travel outstation
-Willing to work at Publika Shopping Gallery
