INTAKE: IMMEDIATE HIRING
BASIC SALARY: RM2300 (DO NOT APPLY IF EXPECTING MORE)
WORKING HOURS/DAYS: |8:30 AM - 6:00 PM| MONDAY – FRIDAY (Observing SG’s public holiday)
LOCATION: REDBERRY CONTACT CENTER, SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA (Nearest LRT - Asia Jaya, shuttle van provided to ferry the employees to & from)

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

a) Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp Chat/Emails and inquiries about the Client's products & services
b) Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems
c) Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner
d) Foster and build relationships with customers
e) Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
f) To serve Singaporean customer

REQUIREMENTS:-

a) EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
b) Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry
c) MUST have exposure/general knowledge of insurance & credit card (either selling or as a consumer)
d) Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
e) Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
f) Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
