Company Overview:
We are representing one of the modern and youngest network infrastructure telecommunication companies in Malaysia. Currently, our client is looking for young and energetic candidates to be part of the team.

Job Description
• Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers
• Follow up and resolve customers' complains
• Ensure efficient escalation of priority requests/feedback toward an effective resolution
• Upsell and cross-sell skills with the ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader

Job Requirement
• Must have a minimum of SPM Certificate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend
• Willing to be based in Berjaya Timesquare

Other benefits:
• Basic Salary: up to RM1850
• Mandarin Language allowance: RM300
• Shift Allowance provided (Up to RM10/Hour)
• EPF & Socso Provided
• 1 month’s bonus available subject to performance
• OT allowance provided
