Job Responsibilities:
• Perform outbound calls to jobseekers in our database to arrange virtual interviews.
• Inform job seekers on the roles, responsibilities & benefits of the available jobs.
• Proactively update job seekers on their hiring status and next steps.
• Ensure daily and weekly assigned targets are met.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
• Confident in speaking in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates with previous experience in Customer Service/Sales/Telemarketing/Recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Can showcase perseverance when faced with challenges.
• Possess basic computer knowledge.
• Has a positive and results-oriented individual with a “can-do” attitude.
