Requirements
• Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
• Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
• For casual position, candidate must be available to work during peak hours especially lunch hour, able to work for long term, minimum 3 months is a plus point.
• Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.
Responsibilities
• Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.
• Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
• In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
• Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
• Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
• Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.
