- Plan and prepare the schedules for Cashiers
- Training of new Cashiers
- Responsible for cash management within the store
- Ensure all checkout areas are clean and tidy
- Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, discounts, etc
- Provide good customer service, manage customer service level within Cashiers and store
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
