Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: RM2,100/month
* Recruitment Commission: RM2,000–RM4,000 additional monthly earning potential.
* Potential Monthly Earnings: RM4,100–RM6,100. * EPF & SOCSO.
* Commission based on successful recruitment and worker placement performance.
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday
* 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* Office-based position.
* May be required to conduct recruitment activities and candidate follow-ups from home after office hours when necessary.
Main Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Live Hosting
* Host TikTok LIVE and other social media live sessions.
* Promote job vacancies and recruitment campaigns.
* Create engaging recruitment videos and social media content.
* Respond to comments, messages and candidate enquiries.
* Build online engagement to attract potential workers.
2. Recruitment & Candidate Management
* Source and recruit potential candidates.
* Screen and register applicants.
* Arrange interviews and coordinate worker placements.
* Follow up with candidates until successful reporting.
* Achieve monthly recruitment targets. 3. Worker Briefing & Administration
* Conduct worker briefings before deployment. * Assist workers with registration and form-filling.
* Ensure all necessary documents are completed.
* Explain company rules and employment procedures.
4. Worker Monitoring & Counselling
* Monitor worker attendance and welfare.
* Follow up on absent workers.
* Provide basic counselling and guidance.
* Handle worker complaints and concerns.
* Escalate serious issues to management. Requirements
* Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Creative and familiar with social media platforms.
* Able to communicate effectively with workers.
* Responsible, patient and proactive.
* Willing to support recruitment activities outside office hours when necessary.
