1. Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Promote products, special offers, and new product launches.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet KPIs.
2. Outlet Operations
- Assist Retail Supervisor oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper product display.
- Monitor cash handling and POS transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
3. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Conduct stock counts and stock reconciliation.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and expiries.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) is practiced.
4. Team Leadership
- Supervise retail staffs.
- Train new employees on product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Assist Retail Supervisor to schedule manpower to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct daily briefings and provide coaching.
5. Merchandising & Display
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Monitor promotional displays and pricing accuracy.
- Maintain sufficient stock for fast-moving products.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily sales reports and stock reports.
- Report operational issues to management promptly.
- Monitor outlet expenses and wastage.
- Support management in implementing promotional campaigns.
