Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Brand Specialist (Business Development) who is passionate about building strong brands and equally driven to contribute to measurable business performance. This role combines strategic brand building with commercial accountability, ensuring our premium lifestyle fitness concept grows in both market presence and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients, fitness studios, property developers, hotels, wellness centres, and other strategic partners.
- Design and implement brand strategies that strengthen positioning and drive performance outcomes
- Lead brand campaigns, activations, and partnerships that directly support sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand performance
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify brand reach
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of linking brand growth to business performance
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Innovative mindset with ability to translate brand vision into measurable results
- Knowledge and familiarity with AI tools/solutions for marketing, customer engagement, and performance tracking
- Willingness to travel for events, activations, and collaborations
