About the role

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate individuals to join our team as F&B Service & Kitchen Crew! You'll play an important role in delivering the Shake Shack experience by serving our guests with a positive attitude while ensuring our food and restaurant meet our high standards. Whether you're taking orders, preparing delicious food, or keeping the restaurant running smoothly, you'll be part of a supportive team where everyone works together to create an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
Perform various restaurant operations including frontline service, order taking, cashier, grill, fry station, beverage preparation, and other assigned stations.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Shake Shack's quality and food safety standards.
Ensure all products are prepared consistently and presented according to company standards.
Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, neatness, and overall appearance at all times.
Support smooth daily restaurant operations and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
Work closely with team members and support one another to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Follow all company operational, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.

About you

Warm, cheerful, and guest-focused personality.
Energetic, positive, and highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience using a POS/cashier system will be an added advantage.
A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
