SUPERVISOR AND SECURITY INCHARGE
Key Responsibilities:
Patrolling and Monitoring:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and perimeters.
Ensure that all entry points, gates, and doors are secured.
Monitor for suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or potential hazards.
Incident Reporting:
Document and report any security breaches, incidents, or irregularities promptly.
Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and actions taken in daily logbooks.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
Provide assistance during evacuations, medical emergencies, or fire incidents.
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Surveillance and Inspection:
Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment.
Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Customer Interaction:
Provide assistance to visitors, employees, or clients in a courteous manner.
Address inquiries and concerns related to security operations.
Compliance and Training:
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participate in training sessions and drills to enhance security skills and knowledge.
