Working Days: 5 Days a week including weekend and public holidays (Retail Shift, 45 hours per week)
Basic salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,300

1 x Gurney Plaza (Penang)
1 x KLCC
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations.
- Provide friendly customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage product displays, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Handle sales transactions and operate POS system accurately.
- Support fitting room service and daily store operations.
- Promote promotions, new arrivals, and membership programs.
- Assist with stock receiving and inventory arrangement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Retail, F&B, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long hours.
- Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.
