Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • 2–3 years experience in F&B, preferably as Team Leader / Senior Service Crew / Assistant Supervisor
  • Boleh handle team & daily outlet operations

Job Tasks:

  • Assist Supervisor dalam daily outlet operations
  • Manage & guide service crew
  • Handle customer service & cashier duties
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness & stock
  • Pastikan SOP & safety rules dipatuhi
  • Prepare daily sales reports & support the team

Training:

  • 1 week training di Setia City Mall, Shah Alam
  • Training allowance provided
