About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Consultant to join our fast-growing telecom campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting telecom products and services, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy communication, sales, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote telecom products and service offerings.
- Provide clear information, handle inquiries, and assist customers in selecting the best plans.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach in every customer interaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly call, conversion, and sales targets.
- Update customer information and call outcomes accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling customer inquiries.
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
