Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Field Sales Executives to drive business growth across the Klang Valley. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time both in the field and supporting your team to ensure sales targets, customer acquisition, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.

You'll play a key role in developing your team's capabilities, improving field performance, and building strong relationships with business partners or driver partners while working closely with internal stakeholders.
