We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Water Heater Repair Technician to join our team in Melaka.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair water heater systems.
* Perform servicing and maintenance of water heaters at customers’ premises.
* Assist with the installation, replacement, and testing of water heaters and related components.
* Identify electrical, mechanical, and component-related issues.
* Conduct safety checks to ensure water heaters are operating safely and efficiently.
* Travel to customer locations to perform repair and servicing work.
* Explain basic repair issues and recommendations to customers.
* Maintain proper records of completed repair and servicing jobs.
* Take care of company tools and equipment.
* Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
* Previous experience in electrical work, appliance repair, or technical servicing is an advantage.
* Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
* Good attitude, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
* Comfortable performing outdoor servicing and on-site repair work.
* Possess a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
* Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the job, which involves outdoor servicing and physical on-site work.
Salary & Benefits
* RM2,000 – RM3,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
* Training provided for candidates without experience.
