Job Description:

- Conduct follow-up calls or chats for customers who have expressed interest in specific products or services.
- Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanour, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience and maximize sales.

Requirements:

- SPM holder and above
- Experience in Contact Centre, Customer Service, Customer Support, or BPO environment is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be proficient in English & Malay.
