Position: Management Trainee – Japanese Restaurant
📍 Location: Islandwide, Singapore
🗓️ Working Days: 5 days or 5.5 days per week
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about the F&B industry and interested in management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Undergo structured training in restaurant operations and management
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Japanese restaurant
- Support staff supervision, training and scheduling
- Ensure good customer service and overall dining experience
- Assist with inventory management, ordering and daily administrative duties
- Ensure company standards, food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
- Work closely with supervisors and management to improve restaurant operations
- Take on increasing management responsibilities based on performance
