**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. This role will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in month-end closing processes whilst ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.

**Job Description**
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial data
• Assist in bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

**Job Requirements**
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language capabilities are advantageous
