We are looking for freelancers to support our recruitment team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Experienced recruiters are encouraged to apply
  • Malaysian citizen
