🔥 Your Role

As a KMIT, you will be trained to lead and manage daily restaurant & kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality, service speed, food safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily kitchen opening and readiness setup
Ensure food quality, SOP compliance, and service speed
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage
Support and guide kitchen crew during peak operations
Assist in training and developing new team members
Execute closing procedures and operational reporting
Support overall restaurant operations when required

📚 What You’ll Learn
