We are looking for a Safety Officer / OSH Coordinator to support warehouse, logistics and project operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements and working closely with operational teams on day-to-day safety matters

Location: Dato’ Onn / Taman Eco, Johor Bahru
Upcoming Relocation: Kulai, near Johor Premium Outlets (JPO)
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace Safety, Health & OSH requirements across warehouse and project sites.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices.
Carry out and maintain Risk Assessments (RA) and recommend appropriate control measures.
Prepare, review and maintain SOPs, safety documentation, inspection records and reports.
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and employee safety awareness activities.
Assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents and near misses, including preparation of investigation reports.
Identify root causes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external safety inspections and audits.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Safety, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), EHS or a related role
Willing to travel between Malaysia and Singapore when necessary.
Male candidates only
Experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, construction or project-based operations will be an added advantage.
Good working knowledge of Risk Assessment, SOP preparation, workplace safety inspections, incident investigation and safety audits.
Familiar with workplace safety documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with operational employees and management
