• Engage with existing customers through phone calls

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service

✔️ Minimum SPM / SKM and above
✔️ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Experience in customer service, sales, banking, or contact centre is an added advantage
