Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily operation, repair, servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance of building Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems (e.g. air-conditioning, electrical panels, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, pumps, lifts, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and rectification of M&E equipment and facilities.
- Respond to breakdowns, emergencies and service requests in a timely manner.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in supervising contractors/vendors during repair, maintenance, and installation works.
- Maintain proper documentation of service records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure building facilities are in good working condition to support smooth daily operations.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by Facilities/Building Manager.
